Michelle Prins is a sustainability professional with over 15 years of experience in climate policy, sustainability strategy, and organizational development across NGOs and commercial organizations in the Netherlands and Europe. 

As a Program Lead at Natuur & Milieu, a Dutch environmental nongovernmental organisation, she works on industrial transformation, circular economy and driving sustainable systemic change. Michelle’s expertise encompasses strategic and analytical planning, integrating sustainability into policy and fostering collaborations within NGO communities. 

Previously, Michelle has worked with both start-ups and established companies, including VolkerWessels, Honeywell, and Deloitte, where she developed a strong understanding of integrating sustainability into corporate structures. She holds a Msc. degree in Science and Innovation Management from Utrecht University.
