Dale specialises in creating robust operational systems that allow environmental and climate advocates to concentrate on changing the world, not fighting bureaucracy. His career background includes teaching, technology innovation at media start-ups, international partnership management, and senior operational roles at WWF and Transport & Environment.

After completing his undergraduate studies in Finance and Accounting at McMaster University (Canada), he pursued postgraduate studies in International Relations at Université Libre de Bruxelles and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Human Resources at ICHEC Brussels Management School. His operational expertise spans grant management, systems optimisation, and organisational scaling during periods of rapid growth.

Currently, he is based in Brussels and is an apprentice bike mechanic.
